Your Wellness Order

Thanks for the love – here’s everything you need to know about your wellness order.

Track your order:

Once your wellness order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email titled ‘Wanderlust: Your Wellness Order is on its Way!” with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

You can click on the tracking number which will take you through to the carrier’s tracking portal. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at customerservice@wanderlust.com.au – we’re always happy to help.

Returns:

While we take great care with all wellness orders, if your order is missing an item or contains a damaged product, please contact us customerservice@wanderlust.com.au.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photograph of your items/ delivery package (if relevant)

We accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Should you experience an adverse reaction to a Wanderlust product, or any quality concerns with your product, please get in touch with us at customerservice@wanderlust.com.au immediately for guidance.

Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
